  2. Access the Online Form: Visit the Citizens' Service Bureau (CSB) Request Page.​

  3. Select the Appropriate Service: Choose "Street -- Pothole" from the list of service requests.​

  4. Enter Pothole Details: Provide the location and any additional information about the pothole.​

  5. Submit Your Request: After completing the form, submit it to notify the CSB.​


Phone Reporting

If you prefer to report the pothole by phone:​

  • Call the CSB: Dial 314-622-4800 to speak with a representative.​

  • Provide Pothole Information: Give the exact location and any relevant details about the pothole.​


Track Your Request

After submitting your report, you'll receive a Request ID Number. Use this number to track the status of your request.​
