PlanSTL Initiative

The City of St. Louis' Planning and Urban Design Agency has organized the City's 79 neighborhoods into Plan Areas to support effective and efficient planning. This initiative, PlanSTL, is dedicated to creating safer, healthier, and happier communities by guiding and directing neighborhood planning efforts that enhance quality of life and services for all.

Plan Area 4 includes:

• Hamilton Heights

• Wells Goodfellow

• Kingsway West

• Penrose

• O'Fallon

• College Hill

• Fairground Neighborhood

Plan Area 5 includes:

• Academy / Sherman Park

• Fountain Park

• Lewis Place

Plan Area 6 includes:

• Mark Twain / I-70 Industrial
